The 2008 TS Community Exhibition will be held from May 16-25, 2008. If you are interested in participating, please read the rules and requirements below before joining.

General Rules and Requirements

1. Each website will have their own dedicated forum category with subforums for new releases, past releases, projects, etc.
2. Each webmaster can choose up to 2 members from their website to help moderate their forums.
3. Each webmaster will advertise the exhibition on their website using the official exhibition graphics.
4. Each website will have an "About Us" topic in their forum to introduce their website and designers.
5. Each website should make at least 10 new releases for the start of the exhibition and one new release for each day during the exhibition.
6. Webmasters may not add new releases to their websites until after the exhibition ends.
7. All websites can showcase past releases in their forums during the exhibition.

Additional Rules and Requirements

1. All participating websites can showcase designs for The Sims 1 and The Sims 2 ONLY.
2. If you are using existing meshes, permission for use MUST be obtained by and credit given to the original designer. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE ANYONE STEALING DESIGNS.
3. After the exhibition is over, the staff members of Twisted Sims and Enchanted Forest will review all new designs and website participation. We will then tally the results and decide on a winner in different categories, such as Best Overall Website Exhibit, Best New Release, etc.
4. Contests will be run during the exhibition, but participating websites are not required to enter.
5. After the exhibition is over, please do not remove your designs and threads from your forums. You may however delete any attachments and add a link directing visitors to the new location of the exhibition files on your website. The exhibition forums will remain up so everyone who did not visit during the exhibition will have access to your designs. We want to be able to send visitors to your website all year long!

IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING, PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT US. MANY PROBLEMS WOULD HAVE BEEN ELIMINATED LAST YEAR IF PEOPLE WOULD HAVE JUST LET US KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. UNFORTUNATELY, WE FOUND OUT TOO LATE AND WERE NOT ABLE TO MAKE THE EXHIBITION PLEASANT FOR EVERYONE. REMEMBER, WE CAN'T FIX THE PROBLEM IF WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT IT!!!

Our #1 goal during the exhibition is to provide websites with a place to tell everyone about their website and showcase their hard work and dedication to The Sims game. We are looking forward to meeting new people and talking again with the friends we made last year!
